The promotion's location is Vina del Mar, Region de Valapariso, Chile. The city is located near the middle of the country, along the coast and west of Santiago.
The promotion began, according to Cagematch, in 2018 and is definitely active today. According to database, La V Pro Wrestling has had close to 50 shows, definitely a good number for an independent promotion.
